ABOUT ME

T'Shawn Carter

I am a Certified Personal Trainer that specializes in both weight loss and muscle gain. The goal of Pledge Fitness is to better lives one day and one person at a time. I have clients that have dropped 100+ pounds as well as clients that have put on 10-20 pounds of muscle. I don’t just train my clients! I teach them so that one day they can continue healthier habits without me.

Fun Fact: I am a PRO Men's Physique Bodybuilder.
